The system will alert me of any “coming Soon” homes or “reverse prospecting” matches with other real estate agents and allow me to see any homes you save as your “favorites”. Third party sites can have a delayed time in receiving new, pending or sold listings since they are pulled from the MLS system.

My goal is to help you find the right home and, at the same time, make sure you don’t miss anything or pay too much. I have a process called “The Funnel Process” that will help us accomplish those goals.
